About FarmersToday

FarmersToday is farm management software: one book for the records, the work plan and the costs of a farm business — reached from the phone in your pocket and the laptop on the kitchen table.

Who we are

FarmersToday is a hosted farm management service operated as part of the All Farmers, One Platform network. Fields, stock, machinery, purchases and labour go in once, and the numbers a manager needs — a field's cost, a herd's treatment history, a season's paperwork — come out of the same place. Members come to us to keep field and land records, livestock and herd records, machinery and contractor costs, purchases and invoices, task planning and reporting, without a binder of receipts, a spreadsheet nobody else can open and a shoebox of weigh slips.

You know us by the domain farmerstoday.com, under which the service runs. Every message that reaches our team is answered by a person, and enquiries are answered on business days.

What we do

  • We run one piece of software with four modules — crops and fields, livestock, inventory and machinery, payroll and crew — on every plan, the free one included.
  • We keep one account that carries across the whole partner network, so a single registration opens every site of the group.
  • We answer questions from members and act on reports of misuse — see the Terms & Conditions.
  • We keep the service available, backed up and secured, and we publish how personal data is handled in our Privacy Policy.

How the book works

A job written in the field — a pass across a field, a load of fertiliser, a tank of fuel, a treatment on a cow — costs ten seconds on a phone and lands in every report that reads it: field costs, herd history, inventory deductions, payroll hours. The offline mode is deliberate: the back fields have no signal, and the book does not care. What a season cost, and what it earned per acre and per head, is a filter away — not a winter's evening of adding up invoices.

What we charge

Browsing the site is free, and the Fence Line plan is a real farm book that costs nothing forever — no card, no trial clock. Larger operations pay for size and support, never for modules: every plan ships all four. Where a paid plan exists, its price appears in the pricing section and on the checkout screen before you confirm — the price you see is the price you pay.

Part of something bigger

FarmersToday is one of the websites of the All Farmers, One Platform network — a group of agricultural sites run by one team on one shared identity, so that registering once is enough to use all of them. Some of them trade, some of them employ, some of them inform; this one keeps the book they all depend on. The roster is on The Initiative page.

Where we are

The team works from an office in San Francisco, but the software is built for farms everywhere — which is why the site publishes in ten languages and the field app works where the signal does not.

Talk to us

Questions, feature requests and complaints all land in the same place: the contact page. A person reads what you write, and a person answers.
