Copyright Notice

Who owns what on farmerstoday.com, and what you may do with it.

1. What we own

The software that runs FarmersToday, its design, the FarmersToday name and logo, the icon set, the category structure and original editorial text are our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by copyright and database right. © 2026 FarmersToday. All rights reserved.

2. What members own

The records, documents and images members enter stay the property of the member who entered them. By entering them, a member grants us the licence described in section 4 of the Terms & Conditions and confirms that they have the right to grant it.

3. What you may do

  • Browse the public pages of the site and read its editorial text.
  • Export your own records at any time and reuse them freely — they are yours.
  • Quote a short extract of our editorial text with attribution and a link back to the original page.

4. What you may not do

  • Scrape, bulk-download or mirror the service, its editorial text or another member's data.
  • Reproduce our design, category structure or layout on another service.
  • Reuse a member's photographs on another platform or in your own advertising.
  • Remove copyright marks, watermarks or attribution from anything on the site.

5. Database right

The structure, arrangement and indexing of this site and its editorial content are protected as a database. Extracting a substantial part of it, whether in one pass or repeatedly, needs our written permission.

6. Reporting infringement

If you believe something published here infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page and include what is protected, where it appears, the rights you hold, your postal address and a statement that you are the rights holder or act for one. We remove material as soon as a claim is credible, and we tell the member who posted it.

7. Trade marks of others

Maker names mentioned in our editorial text or examples — of tractors, harvesters or supplier brands — belong to their owners and appear only to describe or illustrate. Their presence does not mean that the owner endorses us or works with us.
